Working in collaboration with patients’ physicians and other healthcare providers, Wilshire Hospice serves patients with life-limiting illnesses in San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara Counties.

It is our desire that physicians remain as closely involved in the patient’s end-of-life care as they wish. Wilshire Hospice’s interdisciplinary care teams will provide you with the updates you need to know that your patient is as cared for and comfortable as possible.

Wilshire’s full time medical director can work closely with you, providing you with the peace of mind that you patient is receiving optimum specialized care. He is available to actively follow any patient if it is the preference of the patient and physician.
