Formerly Hospice Partners of the Central Coast, Wilshire Hospice has been serving the community since 1998. Patients and their loved ones often comment on how they wished they’d started hospice services sooner. Our vision is to provide patients and their families with comprehensive, compassionate care that relieves undue suffering and pain from the moment of their diagnosis. We believe everyone has the right to die pain-free and with dignity.

Who pays for hospice?

Hospice care is covered under Medicare, Medi-Cal and most private insurance plans. The services of Wilshire Hospice are available to all eligible patients and families regardless of their ability to pay.
