Working in collaboration with patients’ physicians and other healthcare providers, Wilshire Hospice serves patients with life-limiting illnesses in San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara Counties.
Patient’s physicians can remain as closely involved in the patient’s end-of-life care as they wish. Wilshire Hospice’s interdisciplinary care teams will provide you with updates as you desire.
